Customer Research and Go-to-Market Content Strategy

About the Project
We held a grounding session with the client to develop a facilitation guide with questions customers often ask about sustainability practices.
We interviewed current customer decision-makers (across the C-suite to the VP/Director/GM of Supply Chain Operations and Transportation) to capture insights across various industries. We made recommendations based on these findings to help create a go-to-market plan.
