<strong>JEFF RAPPAPORT</strong>


CEO and Founder


Jeff has more than 25 years’ experience in the development of brand messaging and implementation of successful marketing programs. Prior to Outlook, he was director of marketing and product management at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), positioning and launching the firm’s software products and custom application development practice. He also formed their industry analyst and influencer relations program. Jeff has trained more than 350 executives on how to work with industry analysts and media to deliver targeted messages that will positively impact their business. Jeff cherishes his family, loves playing sports and rooting for Chicago teams. He volunteers with charities that make a difference in people’s lives.

<strong>CHRISTA CARROLL</strong>


Senior Vice President


Christa is the Outlook industrial and IT practice leader and has more than 20 years’ experience in strategic development and management of B2B marketing programs for organizations worldwide. Throughout her career, Christa has cultivated strong relationships with the C-suite, executives and product management to help drive programs that positively impact the bottom line. Christa has a passion for developing sustainability and corporate social responsibility programs. Prior to Outlook, Christa was a senior vice president in the B2B/technology practice at Edelman Worldwide, a global public relations firm. She’s won several industry awards, including the Gold and Silver Business Marketing Association award and the PR Society of America Silver Anvil award. Christa holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism/advertising from University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and outside work enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and lovable shelter dog, Abbey.

<strong>KRISTIN FAYER</strong>


Senior Vice President


As head of Outlook’s life sciences practice, Kristin brings diverse experience in healthcare, high technology and consumer-based public relations and marketing communications. She oversees strategic planning, program development and day-to-day activities for the agency’s clients across multiple industries. Prior to joining Outlook, Kristin was director of public affairs for Searle, where she led U.S. and international prescription product launch publicity, crisis communications and advocacy development initiatives.  Kristin is a busy mom of two teenagers, enjoys writing novels and loves to scuba dive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English composition and communication from DePauw University.

<strong>SUZETTE SEXTON</strong>


Senior Vice President


Suzette has more than 20 years of integrated marketing communications and media relations expertise. She leads Outlook’s strategic media engagement practice and spearheaded the development of the agency’s executive business media group. Her work with clients has resulted in coverage in Associated Press, Bloomberg, The New York Times, Reuters, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. In addition to media relations, Suzette works with clients on marketing strategy, messaging, content development, lead generation campaigns and social media programs. Prior to joining Outlook, Suzette was director of media relations for Bell & Howell. Suzette enjoys travel, with Rome, London, NYC and Cabo among her favorite destinations. She has a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.

<strong>ANDREA DAVIS</strong>


Vice President


Andrea has 10 years’ leadership experience with Outlook, including media relations, marketing communications, messaging and content development. As a vice president, she has developed strong client relationships and works closely with them to deliver measurable results, while helping them reach their internal program goals. Andrea also leads Outlook’s market and customer insight practice area, focused on helping clients develop impactful company, product and solution messages and visual tools. Prior to Outlook, she held positions in the media relations and marketing communications departments of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and AmCare Inc., (Cincinnati, Ohio). She holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Miami University. Andrea is passionate about her family, literature, music and the arts. She enjoys discovering new places and taking new adventures, in and around her favorite cities or via the latest New York Times best seller.

<strong>SUZY SMITH</strong>


Vice President


As the social media practice leader, Suzy is responsible for creating and supporting strategic social media/customer engagement initiatives for clients and for Outlook. She spends her time leading media relations programs, driving and executing social media plans and lending strategic account support to help deliver quantifiable results for Outlook clients. Being creative and helping support her husband’s growing sports art business (R. Pierick Artwork)–and time with her cats–keeps Suzy plenty busy.

<strong>STACY GREENBERG</strong>


Content Manager


Stacy joined the Outlook team in 2006. As content manager, she leads Outlook’s dedicated content practice, helping review, evaluate and shape content best practices for clients and Outlook. Stacy is responsible for the creation and execution of content spanning videos, podcasts, webinars, white papers, case studies, press releases, website content, blogs, infographics, direct mailers and more across healthcare, insurance, technology and social media industries. Before joining Outlook, she worked in several marketing positions at Allstate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Northern Illinois University. Stacy is an avid horror fan (across genres) and when not reading, watching movies or caring for her two pet bunnies, enjoys spending time along Chicago’s lakefront and volunteering for Red Door Animal Shelter.

<strong>STEPHEN DYE</strong>


Senior Account Manager


Stephen manages and supports the public relations and integrated marketing programs for companies in supply chain, transportation, manufacturing and technology. He is responsible for managing day-to-day client activities and account teams, contributing to clients’ overall strategic vision and goals, and developing/executing clients’ media relations and content development programs. Raised in the great state of Ohio, Stephen is a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan (Go Bucks!) and has a bachelor’s degree in writing and communications from Indiana Wesleyan University (Marion).

Account Director


Stephanie joined the Outlook team in February 2014 and supports multiple areas of integrated marketing including marketing and sales strategy, content development, public relations and social media. Prior to joining Outlook, Stephanie spent six years in a marketing role for a hospital-health system, and worked in marketing and project management roles across industries. She brings her expertise and passion for strategic and measurable marketing plans across print and digital platforms to clients in healthcare, technology, manufacturing and non-profit. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s of science degree in media studies from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and an M.B.A. from University of Illinois at Chicago

<strong>ERIN MCMAHON</strong>


Senior Account Manager


Erin joined the Outlook team in November 2011. She manages and supports the global PR communications program for companies in manufacturing and technology, as well as day-to-day client activities carrying out media relations, project management and content development. Erin brings a background in agency consumer and B2B public relations, with a track record of securing several national and trade placements for her clients within the tech, consumer and manufacturing sectors. Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, painting, traveling anywhere and everywhere, and attending live music and comedy performances. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Columbia College Chicago, and as an intern for CNN’s Chicago bureau, Erin interviewed Barack Obama, who was then an Illinois senator.

Veronica manages and supports integrated marketing programs for companies in manufacturing, transportation, supply chain, and insurance. She manages day-to-day client activities executing daily media relations, curating sales enablement tools and content development. When not working on awesome Outlook projects, she is cooking, spending time with her family or out exploring the city or wherever her travels take her. She volunteers with community organizations and has a B.B.A. in marketing from Loyola University Chicago.

Senior Account Manager


Audrey joined the Outlook team in 2013 and supports integrated public relations and marketing campaigns, including content development-creation and social media, for companies in manufacturing, technology, supply chain and transportation, as well as nonprofit organizations. Prior to Outlook, Audrey worked in marketing and project management roles for the Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Chicago Children’s Film Festival and the Austin Film Festival. She enjoys the outdoors and spends time golfing and hiking, and inside indulges her love of film, television, and literature. She reads everything she can get her hands on! Audrey has a bachelor’s degree, dual major, in English, and film, television and theatre, from University of Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana).

Abbey joined the Outlook team in 2008. She manages and supports public relations communications programs for companies in the manufacturing and IT industries. Abbey is also responsible for day-to-day client programs including media relations, content development, social media and project management. Prior to joining Outlook, Abbey was a freelance consultant working on public relations and content development for companies in the insurance and financial industries. She holds a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas. Abbey is the mom of three daughters, and during her free time she enjoys listening to music, watching Chicago sports and volunteering at her children’s schools.

<strong>JENNIFER GNOSPELIUS</strong>


Project Manager


Jennifer joined the Outlook team in 2009 and supports integrated marketing programs for a variety of clients. She manages the day-to-day activities of numerous projects from start to finish, and performs vital communication and coordination with clients. Prior to joining Outlook, Jennifer held various marketing positions with Abelson-Taylor, Inc. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Purdue University. Jennifer is the mom of two busy teenagers and an avid fan of and participant in paddle sports – platform tennis and tennis.

Jodi has more than 20 years of experience in agency B2B and consumer public relations, including the development and implementation of media relations programs for companies in the high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer-related industries. Through her years of persistent determination and her strong communication skills, she’s developed long-standing relationships with editors and reporters and has a track record of securing national, trade and regional/local placements for her clients. Outside the office, Jodi likes to spend time with her husband, two teenage daughters and yellow lab, Roxy. She has a BS in Communications from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Joining the Outlook team in June 2015, Heidi manages and supports day-to-day client activities and account teams for companies in the manufacturing and technology industries. She is responsible for developing/executing clients’ media relations, project management, social media and content development programs. Heidi has more than 12 years of experience in B2B and consumer public relations. Prior to joining Outlook, she worked as a public relations consultant, leading and supporting the development and implementation of public relations and media relations programs for companies in the healthcare, manufacturing and consumer-related industries. She has a proven track record of meeting client objectives as well as securing national, trade, regional and local placements within the consumer and manufacturing sectors. Outside the office, Heidi likes to spend time with her husband and two energetic little boys. She holds a BA in Public Relations from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She enjoys cheering on her favorite sports team, the Green Bay Packers, taking fitness classes or watching a good comedy flick.

Jason joined the Outlook team in 2016 and supports a number of integrated marketing programs including content development and social media for clients in manufacturing transportation and technology. Outside of the OMS office he enjoys participating in pick-up hockey watching Chicago sports and rooting for Iowa Hawkeyes athletics. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus in entrepreneurship from The University of Iowa.

Victoria joined the Outlook team in September 2016 and supports all areas of integrated marketing including public relations, marketing strategy, content development and social media. Prior to Outlook, Victoria worked in marketing, public relations and project management roles for different agencies across the Midwest and east coast. She has a strong background in media relations, social media strategy, and campaign management, which fuels the consistently strong results she is able to drive to her clients. Victoria brings her expertise and passion for strategic and measurable marketing plans across print and digital platforms to clients in healthcare, technology and transportation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in PR and rhetorical advocacy, along with minors in psychology and OLS, from Purdue University.

As Senior Account Manager, Carolyn supports multiple areas of integrated marketing including strategy, content creation, and paid social media campaigns. Originally from the East Coast, Carolyn spent many years working in marketing and public relations in the publishing industry at HarperCollins Publishers and Penguin Random House in New York City. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Northeastern University where she also studied American Sign Language and graphic design. Carolyn is an avid baker, reader, and enjoys spending time in nature with her dog, Rosie.
