About the Project
We supported this martech client to better reach marketers in key industries like retail through organic and paid social strategy, execution and optimization. We included a social audit and developed an integrated social program from the ground up.
Then we oversaw the day-to-day program management: writing and scheduling posts, proactive conversations and community management, paid campaign setup and deployment and reporting. We also advised on optimization and UX for improved customer experience.
