Jeff has more than 25 years’ experience in the development of brand messaging and implementation of successful marketing programs. Prior to Outlook, he was director of marketing and product management at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), positioning and launching the firm’s software products and custom application development practice. He also formed their industry analyst and influencer relations program.
Jeff has trained more than 350 executives on how to work with industry analysts and media to deliver targeted messages that will positively impact their business. Jeff cherishes his family, loves playing sports and rooting for Chicago teams. He volunteers with charities that make a difference in people’s lives.
