Spring Ahead with our OMS Client Round-up
As official spring slowly makes its way back to Chicago, we are keeping busy with several exciting marketing projects for our clients. Compiled below are highlights from recent client work that we’re proud to share this month. Happy reading!
Showcased at National Retail Federation Event: The Role of Mobile Printing to Support High-Growth eGrocery Apps
Client: Brother Mobile Solutions
In today’s competitive retail marketplace, brick-and-mortar stores must evolve to thrive in the new world of Omnichannel commerce. At this year’s National Retail Federation (NRF) tradeshow in NYC in January, we worked with client Brother Mobile Solutions (BMS) on a variety of marketing programs to build awareness and lead generation opportunities designed to showcase mobile printing technology that supports an innovative eGrocery application.
A variety of assets were created including a video framework for on-site show interviews and a case study for use in email campaigns. We also set-up press interviews at NRF for BMS with top retail publications such as Stores Magazine, RetailLeader, Chain Store Age and Progressive Grocer. The content and PR programs featured BMS partner ShopperKit and end-user Roche Bros., a Boston-area retail chain that recently implemented an eGrocery solution.
Messaging Design & Rebranding Workshops for Newly Merged Healthcare Data Software Company
Client: CIOX Health
Merging four companies to form a new entity is no small undertaking, and creating a unified message platform to communicate a unique identity in the market can be equally challenging. CIOX Health, a leading national provider of medical document retrieval and release services for payors and providers, retained Outlook Marketing Services to facilitate two messaging design workshops involving nearly 40 executives in Boston and Phoenix. Each of these interactive day-and-a-half sessions consisted of hands-on group exercises and small team breakouts to collectively identify the new company’s value proposition, competitive position, target personas, market differentiators and positioning of its specific solutions. This highly collaborative initiative is fueling the next phase, which is to create and then validate with customers a CIOX Health message platform that will be used consistently across companywide marketing and sales programs.
Content and Media Relations Support for Transplace Acquisition
Client: Transplace
Transplace is committed to providing outstanding transportation management services and logistics technology to shippers throughout North America. In late 2016, the company acquired Canadian logistics provider Lakeside Logistics. To help spread the news, we worked with Transplace on a press release, media outreach and a blog post focusing how the acquisition better positions the company to deliver transportation services that meet the intra-Canada and cross-border shipping needs of its customers.
