Gladson Delivers a Message on the Need for Accurate Product Content

Client: Gladson

As the path to purchase evolves and shopping experiences expand, retailers are recognizing the need to support the online shopper. They also recognize, by supporting the shopper online, they drive and support in-store sales. To further highlight the importance of product content in today’s retail landscape and driving online and in-store sales, we worked with Gladson to create a thoughtful whitepaper providing digital strategies for retailers. Providers of the most complete, comprehensive and personalized digital product content solution on the market, Gladson also pointed to the reasons why accurate, consistent and comprehensive digital product content is needed to fuel what retailers are doing online and in-store.

Retail Survey on Mobile Printing Reveals Top Functionality in High Demand
Client: Brother Mobile Solutions (BMS)

Brother Mobile Solutions (BMS) is making a big splash in retail – just in time for the holiday shopping season. BMS, a long-time OMS client, is a high-growth provider of mobility solutions for verticals such as retail, healthcare and transportation.

To tap the pulse of technology buyers in retail, BMS worked with Integrated Retail Solutions (IRT) magazine and RSR Research on a technology spending survey. The survey was designed to identify where retailers would be making investments in mobile technology to support a better shopper experience.  The survey included more than 100 retailer executives from both large and small retail chains around the US.

The results revealed that investments in mobile point-of-sale (POS) printing were a top priority for 2016 spending. To share the findings, BMS worked with OMS on an integrated marketing and PR campaign – including an infographic which was shared socially and also distributed as a news release.  In addition, a series of though leadership articles are underway which will serve as fodder for media placements and as ‘call-to-actions’ in outbound marketing campaigns.

The holiday shopping season is critical for retailers, especially those with in-store operations who need to compete with online retailers such as Amazon. With this retail survey, BMS is ensuring their mobile solutions are linked closely with retail spending trends.
